Key tasks:

  • Lập các báo cáo công nợ, bảng cân đối kế toán, báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, báo cáo hoạt động theo quy định của pháp luật và yêu cầu của Công ty.
    Be liable for debt reports, balance sheets, financial statements, tax statements, and operation reports in accordance with the law and the Firm's requirements.
  • Thực hiện quyết toán thuế, quyết toán các khoản thu chi của Công ty theo quy định của pháp luật và theo yêu cầu của Công ty.
    Conduct tax, revenue, and expenses finalisation in accordance with the law and the Firm's requirements.
  • Lập báo cáo phân tích về dự toán thu chi theo định kỳ, đưa ra các kiến nghị để đảm bảo duy trì nguồn tài chính ổn định của Công ty.
    Prepare analytical reports for periodic revenue and expenditure estimations; give recommendations to ensure a stable financial cash flow for the Firm.
  • Lập các báo cáo đề xuất phương án giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến nghiệp vụ kế toán tài chính một cách kịp thời và hiệu quả.
    Prepare reports and propose solutions related to financial & accounting issues in an effective and timely manner.
  • Đảm bảo sổ sách kế toán được chuẩn bị chính xác và đầy đủ, cũng như các các hoạt động kế toán, tài chính, thuế của Công ty là phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.
    Ensure the accounting books are prepared fully and accurately and the accounting/financial and tax activities of the Firm are consistent and in accordance with the law.
  • Xây dựng quy chế bảo quản, lưu trữ các tài liệu của Phòng kế toán một cách có hệ thốngvà chính xác.
    Build up a financial documentation storing rules for the Accounting Department on a systematic and accurate basis.
  • Quản lý hoạt động của Phòng kế toán, tổ chức, sắp xếp, phân chia công việc của Phòng kế toán một cách linh hoạt trong từng thời kỳ để đảm bảo tiến độ và hiệu suất công việc của Phòng kế toán.
    Manage the Accounting Department's activities; organise, arrangework allocation for each member of the Accounting Department flexibly in each period to ensure deadline and work efficiency.
  • Triển khai thực hiện các kế hoạch đào tạo, bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ cho các thành viên Phòng kế toán.
    Implement technical training plans and professional training sessions for all members of the Accounting Department.

Yêu cầu/
Requirements:

  • Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh trong công việc kế toán, đặc biệt là kỹ năng nói và viết
    English is required, particularly speaking and writing skills
  • Ưu tiên ứng cử viên biết sử dụng các phần mềm kế toán như CMS, FAST
    Priority will be given to candidates who has experienced with CMS and FAST

Description of position:

  • Advise clients on legal matters in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, and other practice groups if the case arises;
  • Supervise Associates & Paralegals within the Corporate and M&A practice;
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, legal documents and correspondences to clients and other key stakeholders of Rajah & Tann LCT Lawyers;
  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;
  • Communicate with clients or other offices of Rajah & Tann Asia;
  • Provide training and perform business development and other works as maybe requested by the Partners from time to time;
  • Other related works as may be required by the Partners from time to time.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in reputable law firms;
  • Having a legal practice certificate;

Description of position:

  • Draft and review various types of corporate agreements for the firm.
  • Assess risks and compliance issues for the firm.
  • Conduct legal research and provide suggestions that are in line with legal requirements.
  • Liaise with solicitors, regulatory bodies and other external parties on any legal issues.
  • Assist with any other tasks as required by the lawyers in the practice.
  • Possesses initiative, drive, and commercial acumen, and can work well both independently and in a team.
  • Other related works as may be required by the Partners from time to time

Requirements:

Business Development Executive

Description of position:

  • Assisting in the development of the Firm’s marketing plan with the Firm’s Partners;
  • Supporting the Firm’s, practice group’s, and individual attorney’s business development initiatives and programs;
  • Recommending markets and projects to pursue;
  • Assisting to coordinate with RTA Business Development team to implement regional business development projects;
  • Maintaining and updating the Firm’s deal lists and credentials;
  • Updating and preparing submissions for rankings, including but not limited to Chambers Asia, AsiaLaw Profiles, IFLR1000 and The Legal 500;
  • Coordinating with Partners and Counsel/Associates to publish articles on newspapers or other publications every 1 – 2 months;
  • Assisting in organizing firm’s seminars and events;
  • Assisting Partners and Counsel/Associates in attending and speaking at external seminars and conferences;
  • Tracking and following up on the Firm’s marketing and business development leads;
  • Assisting in the Firm’s internal and external marketing and business communications;
  • Representing the Firm at trade shows and other events;
  • Assisting the partners/senior associates in writing the Firm’s quarterly newsletters and other periodic internal or external publications;
  • Developing and maintaining the Firm’s brochure and credential statements; and
  • Other duties assigned by the Partners from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related fields;
  • At least 2 – 5 years of working experience in a professional legal environment;
  • English fluency; fluency in other languages a bonus;
  • Ability to perform in high pressure environment, including time and document management skills;
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
