Description of position:

  • Advise clients on legal matters in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice group, and other practice groups if the case arises;

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in reputable law firms;

Description of position:

  • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles;

  • Assist partners with business development;

Business Development Executive

Description of position:

  • Assisting in the development of the Firm’s marketing plan with the Firm’s Partners;
  • Supporting the Firm’s, practice group’s, and individual attorney’s business development initiatives and programs;
  • Recommending markets and projects to pursue;
  • Assisting to coordinate with RTA Business Development team to implement regional business development projects;
  • Maintaining and updating the Firm’s deal lists and credentials;
  • Updating and preparing submissions for rankings, including but not limited to Chambers Asia, AsiaLaw Profiles, IFLR1000 and The Legal 500;
  • Coordinating with Partners and Counsel/Associates to publish articles on newspapers or other publications every 1 – 2 months;
  • Assisting in organizing firm’s seminars and events;
  • Assisting Partners and Counsel/Associates in attending and speaking at external seminars and conferences;
  • Tracking and following up on the Firm’s marketing and business development leads;
  • Assisting in the Firm’s internal and external marketing and business communications;
  • Representing the Firm at trade shows and other events;
  • Assisting the partners/senior associates in writing the Firm’s quarterly newsletters and other periodic internal or external publications;

Requirements:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Description of position:

  • Specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent;
  • Report daily attendance of HN staffs to HCM Receptionist and Office Supervisor;
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the right staff or taking down the messages;
  • Attend to all incoming mails, and outgoing mails and courier of documents. These include collect and sort mails, emails and faxes for distribution to the respective department/personnel;
  • Receive the visitors and guests, direct to the correct host;
  • Provide clerical and administrative support on typing, filing, copying, faxing, scanning, data entry,…;
  • Order and monitor stationeries, groceries, and other consumables;
  • Attend to client’s general queries and complaints, answering questions and providing information;
  • General maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment;
  • Co-ordinates transportation for Employees and visitors;
  • Responsible for courier i.e. dispatched of both documents and non-documents;
  • Manage 3rd party contracts, providing goods, renting/leasing service and other services (in line with the policy) to manage the company and for the effectiveness of the employees;

Requirements:

  • • Diploma/bachelor degree. Bachelor degree specialized in English language would be preferrable.
  • • A strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
  • • 1-2 years of experience in this or equivalent position or experience working in a law firm would be preferable.
  • • Proficiency in English.
